Beasweets: A Brief Documentary

Hello to all on this beautiful Saturday morning! I write to you today not to share a new dessert I have tried (sorry–I’ll be better after Easter), but instead to give credit to my amazing friend, Nicole Avella. This incredibly talented person chose to make her class video about me and my blog. With limited time, resources, and lighting, Nicole managed to create a lovely documentary. Included in this video: food, me looking crazy, me sounding crazy, food, the inside of my apartment, kale, and some life advice from yours truly.
