Sweet Bliss

Attention! New Milford bakery!! If you are craving a sweet treat but do not want your usual skillet brownie, you must taste Sweet Bliss in Old Milford. This charming shop fits into our little town feel perfectly. I was lucky enough to try Sweet Bliss with my good friend, Caroline! As we strolled in, we were greeted by a small freezer stoked with homemade ice cream, a wall full of beautifully simple candles, and a whole display filled with any dessert you may be craving. From cookies and pastries to cupcakes and cheesecake, you cannot be disappointed. Caroline and I decided to split two cupcakes: cookies & cream and white chocolate raspberry. The cake was moist and the frosting generously piled. I think we both preferred the white chocolate raspberry due to its delicate and delightful flavor. In addition, I was just as pleased with my coffee as Caroline was with her chai latte. I always welcome new bakeries in Milford, so everyone please give it a try! Happy eating, everyone! 🙂
